We generously spread ripe California Hass avocado with cold-pressed olive oil and Maldon sea salt, then top it with two perfectly runny organic poached eggs, crushed Aleppo chili, toasted sesame seeds, and tender baby microgreens. Served with a side of dressed baby arugula.
